As a joint procurement company KL-Kuntahankinnat Oy acts on behalf of its local government clientele by putting procurement contracts and framework agreements out to tender, by conducting negotiations and managing contracts and, within the limits of its resources, by offering clients expert services in public procurement.

The company offers to its municipal clients across the country cost savings by volume advantages and process smoothness, legal reassurance and wide-ranging competence in public procurement.

Product categories

Our aim is to bring effectiveness to procurement, to consider larger entities rather than concentrate on individual procurements, and to find both affordable and good quality products and services. The chosen product categories are based on wishes expressed in customer surveys. The following fields are included in our initial tendering plan: energy, ICT, rescue equipment, chemicals, leasing, insurance, travelling, and different office and data processing equipment.
